Content
History
In 1897, several building blocks were formed in the Blagushi region. The streets went perpendicular to each other. Part of the streets was named in honor of the Russian tsars, and another part - in honor of the developers of the district. The street is named after the surveyor Mironov, one of the performers of the planning of the territory.
