Biography

He studied stage skills at the State Acting School in Zagreb , later at the Theater Academy of Belgrade. From 1945 he performed on the stage of the Croatian National Theater in Zagreb, then in 1946-1947 - the theater in Split . Since 1947 - actor, then soloist of the Yugoslav Drama Theater in Belgrade.

Since 1947 he acted in films. He played roles in 87 film and television films. Since the early 1970s, he acted as a director and screenwriter, mainly on television.
