Biography

A pupil of the Lviv “ Carpathians ”, for whose team he played in DUFL. In 2014, the coach of the youthful (up to 19 years old) team of Lviv players Igor Jovichevich took the football player to this team. According to the results of the 2013/14 season, this team won bronze medals of the youth championship of Ukraine. After this success, Jovichevich was replaced by Alexander Sevidov as head coach of the Premier League team. The Swede began the next season in the “Carpathians” U-19, where until the end of 2014 he had 12 matches and scored 5 goals. After the winter break, Jovichevich took the 17-year-old Swede to the first team. In the Premier League, the footballer made his debut on March 1, 2015 in a game against Donetsk Metallurg , having played all 90 minutes of the match. The Swede became a player of the basic structure of the "Carpathians", while being a schoolboy [3] . On April 26, 2015, he scored two goals for Donetsk Olimpik , which allowed the Carpathians to win with a score of 4: 1.

On August 4, 2015, it became known that Marjan would continue his career at Seville , with which he would conclude a 5-year contract, while starting appearances in the ranks of the farm club of the Spanish team Sevilla Atlético [4] . Karpaty received 1 million euros for the Swede and 30% from the subsequent sale [5] . On August 17, he held his first training session for the double of Sevilla [6] , and on January 17, 2016 he trained for the first time with the main team [7] .

On August 30, 2017, it became known that Maryan returned to Karpaty, with whom he concluded a 3-year contract. [8]

January 31, 2019 became a player in the Scottish Celtic [9] , but remained in the Lviv club until May of this year. He made his debut as part of the Scottish club on July 30, substituting in the match of the 2nd qualifying round of the Champions League 2019/20 and scored his debut goal in the first match against the Estonian Nõmme Kalju (2: 0).
