The administrative center is the village of Pershino .

History

It was founded in November 1919 in the Tebeniak volost of the Kurgan district .

Decisions of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee on November 3 and 12, 1923, formed the Belozersky District as part of the Kurgan District of the Ural Region of the RSFSR, which was included in the Chelyabinsk Region on January 17, 1934, and in the Kurgan Region on February 6, 1943.

On June 14, 1954, the Pershinsky Village Council was merged with the abolished Tyumentsevsky Village Council.

On February 1, 1963, the Belozersky district was abolished, the Persinsky village council was included in the Kargapolsky rural region.

On March 3, 1964, the Pershinsky village council was included in the Ketovsky rural region.

January 12, 1965 Belozersky district was re-formed.
