Biography
Born Johannesburg , South Africa . He moved to the UK when he was 10 years old. The first novel was released when he was 19.
For the first novel - The Drowning People - Mason received the Grinzane Cavour Prize . The book The Lighted Rooms entered the "long list" of the Dublin Literary Prize for 2010 [2] .
