Suren Arutyunovich Kerselyan (born 1956 , Sukhumi , Georgian SSR ) - Abkhazian statesman, member of the Government of the Republic of Abkhazia , second vice-premier; Minister of Labor and Social Development of Abkhazia (2014-2016).

Biography
Born in 1956 in the city of Sukhumi.
He was the chairman of the Armenian community of Abkhazia [1] , the chairman of the Council of the Armenian community of the city of Sukhumi and the assistant to the deputy of the National Assembly - the Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia Alkhas Tkhagushev.
On October 15, 2014, by decree of the President of Abkhazia No. 236, he was appointed Minister of Labor and Social Development of the Republic of Abkhazia and Second Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Abkhazia [2] .
