History

In the second half of the XIX - early XX centuries, the village of Luzhkovo belonged to the Strashevsky parish of the Strashevsky volost of the Staritsky district . In 1886 - 47 yards, 252 residents.

In 1940, the Luzhkovo center of the village council of the Lukovnikovsky district of the Kalinin region .

In 1997 - 73 households, 193 residents. Administration of the Luzhkovsky rural district, the board of the collective farm "Voskhod", an incomplete secondary school, a recreation center, a library, a feldsher-obstetric center, a shop.
