The Chernovsky village council is an abolished administrative-territorial unit that existed on the territory of the Moscow province and the Moscow region in 1925-1954.

The Chernovskiy Village Council was formed on November 23, 1925 as part of the Labor Volost of the Moscow district of the Moscow province by separating from Ivanovo s / s [1] .
According to the data of 1926, the village council included the villages of Bolshaya Chernyaya and Khlyabovo [2] .
In 1929, Chernovsky s / s was assigned to the Communist district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region.
February 27, 1935 Chernovsky s / s was transferred to the Dmitrov district .
January 4, 1939 Chernovsky s / s was transferred to the Krasnaya Polyana region .
On November 23, 1951, the Rumyantsev s / s was joined to Chernovsky.
On March 27, 1954, the settlement Trudovaya was formed in Chernovsky.
June 14, 1954 Chernovsky s / s was abolished. At the same time, its territory was transferred to Sukharevsky s / s [3] .
