Khlebnikov Village Council was formed in the first years of Soviet power. According to 1924, he was part of the Communist volost of the Moscow district of the Moscow province.
In 1927, the Khlebnikov s / s was abolished, but already in 1929 it was restored [1] .
According to 1926, the village council included the village of Kapustino , the village of Khlebnikovo, the villages of Khlebnikovo and Sheremetyevo [2] .
In 1929, Khlebnikovsky s / s was assigned to the Communist district of the Moscow district of the Moscow region.
February 27, 1935 Khlebnikov s / s was transferred to Dmitrovsky district .
On November 3, 1938, the villages of Khlebnikovo and Sheremetyevo received the status of summer cottages and were removed from the Khlebnikovsky s / s.
On January 4, 1939, the Khlebnikov s / s was transferred to the Krasnopolyansky district .
June 14, 1954 Khlebnikov s / s was abolished. At the same time, its territory was merged with Novoseltsevsky s / s into the new Krasnogorsk s / s [3] .
