History

In the XIX - early XX centuries , the village administratively belonged to the Krasnoborsky volost of the 2nd camp of the 2nd zemsky section of the Tikhvin district of the Novgorod province .

REBOVICHI - churchyard graveyard, the number of courtyards - 3, the number of houses - 3, the number of inhabitants: 6 m., 4 g. P.;
The occupation of the inhabitants is church ministry. 2 churches. (1910 year) [2]

From 1917 to 1918, the village was called Zakharyevschina and was part of the Krasnoborsky village council of the Tikhvin district of the Novgorod province.

Since 1918, as part of the Cherepovets province .

Since 1927, as part of the Poddolsky village council of the Oyatsky district .

Since 1928, as part of the Olkhov Village Council [3] .

According to 1933, the village of Rebovsky Pogost was the administrative center of the Olkhovsky village council of the Oyat region , which included 13 settlements, villages: Aksyonovo, Vasilyevshchina, Vazhukovo, Gabruzha, Zakharyevshchina, Myagichevo, Olkhovo, Padala, Palgusha, Rebovsky Pogost , Spirovo, Chidovo the population of 1247 people [4] .

According to the data of 1936, the Olkhov Village Council with its center in the village of Rebovichi included 8 settlements, 255 farms and 8 collective farms [5] .

According to regional administrative data, the village was also called Zakharyevschina and Sukhoi Threshold .

In 1958, the population of the village was 218 people.

According to 1966, the Olkhov Village Council included the villages of Rebovichi and Rebovichi 2nd [6] .

According to 1973, the village of Rebovichi was the administrative center of the Rebovo village council [7] .

According to 1990 data, the village of Rebovichi was the administrative center of the Rebovo Village Council, which included 5 settlements, with a total population of 370 people. 301 people lived in the village of Rebovichi [8] .

In 1997, 253 people lived in the village of Rebovichi of the Tervenic volost, in 2002 - 164 people (Russians - 99%) [9] [10] .

The village is located in the south-eastern part of the district on the highway 41K-240 ( Tervenichi - Rebovichi).

The distance to the nearest railway station Lodeynoye Pole is 86 km [6] .

The village is located on the Kapsha River.
