Biography

He graduated from Kazan University . He served in the hospital of Nicholas the Miracle Worker and the Military Medical Academy .

In 1904, with the outbreak of the Russo-Japanese War , he was sent to Port Arthur as part of the Red Cross mission. He was a junior forensic doctor on the hospital ship of the First Pacific Squadron "Mongolia"; attended the battle with the Japanese fleet in the Yellow Sea .

After the war, he served on the cruiser Aurora , the gunboat Sivuch . Since March 16, 1911 - senior doctor of the cruiser "Pallas" ; then served on the battleship " Emperor Paul I ", was a sanitary inspector of the Baltic Fleet . In March 1917 he retired.

Using his extensive connections among sailors, he created a recruiting and information organization, which also included the English naval attache, Captain Francis Allen Cromi (whom he had known since pre-revolutionary times) and Colonel Kurochenkov. The organization was engaged in collecting espionage information for the British, transporting former officers through Petrograd to Arkhangelsk and Vologda , and also preparing a possible armed uprising in Petrograd and Vologda. On August 21, 1918 he was arrested and imprisoned in the Deryabinsk prison, in December he was transferred to the Trubetskoy bastion of the Peter and Paul Fortress . December 13, 1918 was shot on charges of creating a military organization associated with the English mission [1] .
