The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Republic of Mordovia dated December 28, 2004 No. 126-Z “On Establishing the Borders of Municipal Formations of the Staroshaygovsky District, Municipal Formation of the Staroshaygovsky District and Granting them the Status of a Rural Settlement and Municipal District” [2]
