Pierre Sanso ( fr. Pierre Sansot , June 9, 1928 , Antibes - May 6, 2005 , Grenoble ) is a French sociologist and anthropologist.

Biography
The son of a school teacher. In 1963–1993 he taught in Grenoble, in 1993–1998 - in Montpellier .
Proceedings
Major works are devoted to the sociology of urban space (Poetics of the City, 1973 ) and the sociology of sports (Rugby is a holiday, 1991 ), in terms of Sanso himself, the sociology of the sensual world (des formes sensibles), in which the imaginary becomes physically tangible . In addition, Sanso owns books of essays, connecting sociological observations with elements of autobiography and literature, which brought him fame to the reader (“Don't rush about art,” 1998 , etc.). At the end of his life he published several novels.
