Trimeric projection

A trimeric projection is an axonometric projection in which the distortion coefficients [1] on all three axes are not equal to each other.

Application

The trimetric projection is used in CAD for a visual representation of the part in the drawing , allowing you to see the geometric model of the product from different sides, as well as in computer games to build a three-dimensional image.

Notes

  1. ↑ The ratio of the projection length and the actual length of the segments parallel to the coordinate axes
