A street in Warsaw, named after A.S. Okolsky
Biography
He studied at the Płock gymnasium and at the law faculty of the Imperial Moscow University , then studied criminal law abroad. In 1865, Mr .. defended his thesis on "On sporach administracyjnych", receiving a doctorate in law and administration. At the Imperial University of St. Petersburg, he defended his thesis (1867) for a doctorate in police law "On the attitude of the state to public education." In Warsaw there is a street named after A. Okolsky.
