Afelia ( Greek: Αφέλια ) is a traditional Greek Cypriot dish popular exclusively in Cyprus . It is usually served with a side dish of bulgur or mukentra - a dish of lentils , rice and onions . Traditional unsweetened Greek yogurt is usually served as an additional sauce to aphelion.

Cooking Method
Low-fat pork is cut into slices and marinated for several hours in dry red wine with spices. Then the meat is dried and quickly fried until golden brown in olive oil . Stew fried pork in a marinade of wine , in which it was marinated, until cooked.
