Long Mountain - a mountain on the eastern slope of the Middle Urals in the Sverdlovsk Region , Russia , part of the Merry Mountains ridge. Located on the western edge of Nizhny Tagil . On the mountain is the Nizhny Tagil International Ski Jumping Base "Dolgaya Mountain" with ski jumps 40, 60, 90 and 120 m high, which regularly hosts international and Russian skiing championships. On the southern slope is the ski base "Spartak". The mountain is a popular holiday destination for residents of the city and the entire region.

Geographical position
Dolgaya Mountain is located in the municipality “ Nizhny Tagil urban district ”, between the rivers Leba and Vyya , to the west of the city of Nizhny Tagil . The mountain is 379.4 meters high [1] .
Description
Dolgaya Mountain is covered with pine forest, and on the eastern slope of the mountain there is the Aist ski resort [1] . On the western steeper slope there are small rocky outcrops. The southern slope of the mountain is more gentle than the northern one and in its lower part there are meadows. Along the southern slope there is a road to the ski base "Mountain Dolgaya" and a high-voltage line crossing the road. On the eastern slope is the main part of all ski slopes, all four ski jumps, descents from them, the hotel and other facilities.
