Borki (Ivatsevichi district)

Borki is a village in Ivatsevichi district of Brest region . It is part of the Podstarinsky village council .

History

According to the pre-war census, 515 people lived in the village in 102 yards [1] .

In March 1943, during a round-up of partisans of the Sovetskaya Belorussia detachment attacked the punishers and defeated them [2] .

During the Great Patriotic War , 90 houses were burned in the village, 57 people were killed [1] .
