The work of the station was provided by two steam pumps with a capacity of 25 liters. with. each, water was pumped into a container located on the Sukharev Tower . In 1892, when the construction of a receiving tank underground at the Mytishchi aqueduct and a new engine room was completed, water began to be pumped into the Krestovsky water towers (now the Krestovsky overpass is located there).
