It is located in the Dnipropetrovsk region , partly in the Krivorozhsky district , partly in the Ternovsky district of the city of Krivoy Rog . Impact crater is located at the developed Pervomaiskoye field of the Krivorozhsky iron ore basin .

Feature
The diameter of the crater is 11 km; the erosion depth is up to 1 km. Age - 280 (± 10) million years ( Permian period ). Covered with sedimentary rock [1] .
It is located in the zone of intersection of three deep faults - Devladovsky, East Annovsky and East. The plan has an amoeba shape. The central part of the crater is isometric in shape and has dimensions from 200 to 650 m. In different directions from it, structures composed by breccias diverge that can be traced to 450-1500 m.
The main element of the structure is the so-called "breccia tube", in the section resembling an inverted cone with angles of incidence of walls from 75 to 80 ° without clear boundaries. Intensively crushed rocks of the central part gradually turn into less disturbed, broken into large blocks and blocks, which, in turn, are replaced by monolithic rocks.
