Zinat Askarovna Akbarova (born January 15, 1935 , Zharkent, Almaty region) is a Soviet actress, ballerina . People's Artist of Kazakhstan .

Biography
She graduated from the Almaty Choreographic School. A. Seleznev in 1955. From this year she began working at the Uyghur Musical Theater and continues to the present. First, a ballet dancer , then a vocalist. She performed Uyghur, Uzbek, Kazakh, Russian, Indian and other national dances.
She also performed in concert programs as part of the Nava ensemble as a leading soloist.
In 1958 she transferred to a drama troupe, where she played the leading roles: Maimkhan, Leylihan, Gulzara (Anarkhan by D. Asimov and A. Sadyrov), Gulbadam (Garib and Sanam by D. Asimov and V. I. Dyakov), Gulchekhra (“Arshin Mal Alan” by U. Hajibeyov), Nazugum (“Nazugum” by K. Khasanov and S. Bashoyan), Yarenka (“ Wedding in the Robin ” by A. Aleksandrov and L. Yukhvid). Played over 100 roles.
She was elected a deputy of the Almaty City and Regional Council of People’s Deputies, a member of the Assembly of Peoples of Kazakhstan, a member of the Council of Elders of Almaty .
