After the war, he began working as the Deputy District Executive Committee of At-Bashinsky District. In 1946-1948 studied at the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU. He worked as the Director of the District Department of Culture, the head of the Inter-collective farm Construction Organization.
