Kyle Neville Porter ( born January 19, 1990 in Toronto , Canada ) is a Canadian footballer of Jamaican descent, defender of the York 9 club and the Canadian national team .

Content
Club career
Porter is a graduate of the Vancouver Whitecaps Club. Due to the high competition, he advocated mainly for the duplicate composition of “caps”, as well as on loan for the reserve team of the German “ Energy ”. In 2010, after returning from Germany, Kyle made his debut for a team from Vancouver in a match against Portland Timbers .
In 2011, Porter moved to Edmonton . On April 27, in a match against Toronto , he made his debut in the Canadian Championship . On May 8, in a duel against Atlanta Silverbacks , Kyle scored his first goal in NASL [2] .
In 2013, Porter went on a promotion to DC United . March 3, in a match against Houston Dynamo , he made his debut in MLS [3] . On May 19, in a duel against Sporting Kansas City , Kyle scored his first goal for United. [4] To get playing practice, he played for the USL Pro Richmond Kickers club on loan. In the same season, Porter helped the team win the Lamar Hunt Cup .
In early 2015, Kyle moved to Atlanta Silverbacks . On April 5, in his match against Indie Ileven , he made his debut for a new club [5] . On April 12, in a duel against the Ottawa Fury, Porter scored his first goal for Atlanta Silverbacks [6] .
In January 2016, Porter returned to Canada, signing a contract with the Ottawa Fury club [7] . On July 3, in his match against New York Cosmos , he made his debut for a new team [8] . At the end of the season, the club announced that it would not further extend the contract with the player [9] .
In March 2017, Porter was signed by the USL Tampa Bay Raudis Club [10] . For Raudis, he made his debut on April 22, leaving in the starting lineup in the match against Charleston Battery [11] . The first goal for the club from St. Petersburg he scored on May 16 at the goal Jacksonville Armada Farm Club in the second round match of the 2017 US Open Cup.
In February 2018, Porter returned to the Ottawa Fury [12] .
On July 13, 2018, Porter returned to Tampa Bay Raudis. [13]
On November 29, 2018, Porter signed a contract with the York 9 club, becoming the first signed player in the newly formed club of the newly formed Canadian Premier League [14] .
International Career
In 2007, Porter took part in the junior national team of Canada in the youth world championship in South Korea . In 2009, he defended the country's honor at the CONCACAF Youth Championships in Trinidad and Tobago .
On January 26, 2013, in a friendly match against the Danish national team, Kyle made his debut for the Canadian national team , replacing Russell Tibert in the second half [15] .
In 2013, Porter took part in the CONCACAF Gold Cup . In the tournament, he played in matches against Mexico [16] and Panama [17] .
