Aittyru - matchmaking of the bride in Kazakhstan . The father, planning to marry his son, first determines whether he has a chosen one, if she is not, he is looking for a bride who could become the wife of her son. Then the father sent one of his acquaintances or relatives or he himself went to the house of the chosen one to find out if the parents of the bride were against aytyr. The mother of the bride addresses the father of the groom who has arrived to see the bride, saying: “He who does not match the bride does not drink koumiss , if you liked our daughter, you can hint at this.” The groom’s father hangs Kamchu on the wall and, symbolizing the beginning of the matchmaking, ties a good amble horse . After that, the daughter becomes the bride. Kamcha, hung on the wall, will be there until the feast-matchmaking, that is, aytyru, takes place.
