The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Chelyabinsk Region dated November 12, 2004 No. 289-ЗО “On the Status and Borders of the Chesme Municipal District and Rural Settlements in Its Composition” [2]

Election of the head of the Kalinovsky rural settlement
In 2014, local elections were held for the post of head of the Kalinovsky rural settlement. According to the CEC, 3 candidates participated in the elections [11] . As a result of the election, the majority of the votes received the candidate nominated from the Local branch of the runway "United Russia" - Shabovta Svetlana Nikolaevna.
In 2019, elections will be held for the post of head of the Kalinovsky rural settlement. According to statistics and population polls, the current leadership of the Administration of the rural settlement, represented by the head of the rural community, does not enjoy competitive support and respect. The head of the Kalinovsky rural settlement is accused by the population of inaction and abuse of their official powers.
