Andrzej Pasečniks ( Latvian. Anžejs Pasečņiks ; born December 20, 1995 , Riga , Latvia ) is a Latvian professional basketball player playing in the center position. He plays for the Gran Canaria basketball club.

Content
Career
He made his professional debut in 2012 at the Riga VEF club.
In August 2015 he moved to Gran Canaria and in the season 2015/2016 he played for the youth team [1] . According to the results of the 2016/2017 season, Pasechniks became one of the five best young players [2] .
On June 22, 2017, Pasechniks was selected in the 2017 NBA draft under the general 25th number by the Orlando Magic team, which immediately changed it to Philadelphia 76 [3] .
Latvian national team
He was regularly attracted to the youth teams of Latvia of various ages. As part of the youth team, he reached the semifinals of the European Championship (U18) in 2013, gaining an average of 12.6 points and 7.7 rebounds.
