History
It was abolished according to the Law of the Altai Territory of June 10, 2009 No. 35-ЗС “On the abolition of the Nevsky Svetlovsky Village Council of the Zavyalovsky District of the Altai Territory and the Karasevo Village of the Suzop Village Council of the Solton District of Altai Territory and on amendments to certain laws of the Altai Territory."

Since 1998, the population has not lived in the village. The commission established on the basis of the order of the head of the administration of the Suzop village council dated 02.02.2009 No. 1 confirmed the fact of the absence of residents and any residential and industrial buildings in the village, about which a corresponding act was drawn up. The possibility of the revival of the village and the prospects for its development are absent. Given these circumstances, the Suzop Village Council of People’s Deputies of the Solton region of the Altai Territory filed a motion to abolish the village of Karasevo, the Solton region of the Altai Territory (decision No. 5 of 05.02.2009).
