Titus Chain of Staties of Quinctions Statian Memmius Macrinus ( Latin: Titus Caesernius Statius Quinctius Statianus Memmius Macrinus ) is a Roman statesman of the first half of the second century .

Statian was descended from the equestrian race of Aquileia . His father was the procurator of Mauretania, Caesarean Titus Tserzerny Macedon , and his mother, Rutili Prisc Sabiniana. The Statian's brother was the 138 consul-effect Titus Cerneus Quincyanus. Like his brother, Statian enjoyed the protection of the emperor Hadrian . In the year 129, he, along with Quinhcian, accompanied the sovereign on a journey to the eastern provinces of the Roman Empire. In the 130s, Statian held the posts of quaestor and tribune of the people .
For about 134 years, Statian was responsible for recruiting new legionnaires in the Trans-Dana region. Then he was in the post of legate XIV of the Paired Legion in Pannonia, and from 138 to 141 was the legate of the 3rd August Legion in Numidia. At that time, he was the patron of the local cities of Timgad and Zirth . In the latter he was honored with a statue [1] .
Around 141, Statian becomes a consul-effect . In 150, he served as the legate proprietor of the province of Upper Germany [2] . He was also a member of the college of imperial priests.
