- November 5, 1910: North-South launch of line A on the Port de Versailles - Notre Dame de Loret section
- April 8, 1911: Notre Dame de Loret - Pigalle
- October 31, 1912: Pigalle - Jules Joffren
- August 23, 1916: Jules Joffren - Port de la Chapelle
- 1930: the line becomes subordinate to the SMR and renamed to line 12.
