En-Nofilia ( Arabic: النوفلية ) is a desert settlement in the municipality of Surt in Libya.

The city is located in the former municipality of Ben Javad, about 20 km west of Ben Javad and 15 km southeast of Uvaji.
In February 2015, the city was captured by an Islamic state . The militants appointed Ali Al-Karkau as the emir of the city.
