Pavel Ivanovich Paramoshkin ( June 27 [ July 10 ] 1914 , Bryansk - January 11, 1988 ) - figure of the USSR Navy, submariner, vice admiral; Head of the Higher Naval Diving School named after the Lenin Komsomol (1966-1973); Candidate of Naval Sciences (1966), Associate Professor.

Biography
After graduating from the 8th grade of high school in 1930, he worked as a turner and studied at the school of the Federal Industrial University of Plant No. 13 (1930–1932), then he worked in the Komsomol Committee of the plant (1932–1933), and was the head of the factory club (1933–1934).
He graduated from the Naval College named after M.V. Frunze (1934-1938) with a degree in navigator, and then served as a lieutenant (17.6.1938) as a navigator (commander of the steering group BCh-1 ) of the submarine " L-4 " ( 1938 - December 1939; Black Sea Fleet ). In 1939 he joined the CPSU (b) .
After graduating from the Higher Special Diving Command Classes of the Diving Training Unit named after S. Kirov (1939–1940), he served as an assistant to the submarine commander D-6 (1940–1941; senior lieutenant from 10.31.1940), “ D-4 ”(1941-1942; from 27.4.1942 - captain-lieutenant ). Submarine commander Sch-201 (12/29/1942 - 06/10/1944; from 9/6/1944 - captain of the 3rd rank ), " S-33 " (1944) [1] , "Sch-201" (September 1944 - May 1945 ) As part of the crews of the submarines "D-4" and "Shch-201" participated in 17 military campaigns. The submarine Shch-201 under his command was awarded the Order of the Red Banner (November 5, 1944). The presentation of P. I. Paramonov to the title of Hero of the Soviet Union was not realized [2] .
In the post-war period, he was the commander of the 2nd division of submarines (1945 - August 1947), the 4th division of submarines (1947 - November 1949 [3] ; from 18.2.1948 - captain of the 2nd rank ) of the Black Sea Fleet. In 1946, he participated in the 22nd special mission for the transfer of captured ships from Rostock and Falmouth to the Black Sea .
Since November 1949 - in the management of the 154th separate submarine brigade of the Black Sea Fleet: chief of staff (from 23/07/1951 - captain 1st rank ), commander of the brigade (May 1951-1953; from 3.8.1953 - rear admiral ). After graduating from the naval faculty of the Higher Military Academy named after K. E. Voroshilov (1953–1955), he served as commander of the 10th submarine division of the Kamchatka military flotilla of the Pacific Fleet (1955-1959).
Since 1959 he taught at the Naval Academy , deputy head of the submarine tactics department. In 1966 he defended his thesis, associate professor.
In 1966-1973 he was the head of the Higher Naval Diving School named after the Lenin Komsomol ( vice admiral from 19.2.1968), after which he retired.
He died on January 11, 1988, was buried at the Serafimovsky cemetery ( Leningrad ).
