Kaltuma Najina ( born Kaltouma Nadjina ; November 16, 1976 ) is a Chadian track and field athlete specializing in sprinting. African champion at distances of 200 and 400 meters , a participant in three Olympic games .

Career
Kaltuma Nadzhina’s career began in 1993 when, by special invitation, she performed at the World Championships in Stuttgart , where she dropped out in the first round both at a distance of 200 meters and at a distance twice as long.
In 1996, a Chadian runner participated in the Olympic Games . There, a nineteen-year-old athlete performed only in the 200-meter race, where she stopped fighting after the first round, showing the weakest time of 24.47 in her race.
In 1999, Najina moved from Chad to Canadian Calgary , but at international starts she continued to play for the national homeland team.
Before performing at the second Olympics in his career, the Chadian runner won a bronze medal at the African Championships in Algeria . At the Games in Sydney, she dropped out in the first round at a distance of 200 meters, and at four hundred meters she made it to the semifinals, where she could not compete for the final and showed the weakest time.
In 2001, Najina became the last winner of the Goodwill Games at a distance of 400 meters, and a year later at the African Championship in Tunisia she became a two-time champion of the continent, winning distances of 200 and 400 meters. Two years later, in Brazzaville, she could not defend her champion title, but at both distances made her way into the top three.
At the 2004 Olympics, Kaltuma Najina carried the flag of Chad at the opening ceremony of the Olympics. She started only at a distance of 400 meters , where the first round was again held, but in the semifinals she showed the 16th time (out of 24 athletes) and did not make her way to the final round.
