Biography
He was born on October 30, 1919 in the village of Semenovka (today - Semenovskiy district of the Chernihiv region [2] ). In 1941 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Communication Engineers . Member of the Great Patriotic War, engineer-captain.
From 1946 to 2014 he worked as a senior engineer , head of the laboratory and chief researcher at SIMS in the field of nuclear physics elemental analysis of rocks.
In 1947 he created the first device for searching for deposits of radioactive ores from an airplane. In subsequent years, he participated in the development of multicomponent analysis of elements in stationary and field laboratories - "VIMS-52", "LAS", "LSU-5K", "PAU-55", "VIMS-58", "Mineral-22," Photon "," Gagara "," Kvant "," Ferrite "," ARSP-1 ", etc. (36 models in total).
Author of over 160 scientific papers, including 7 monographs on nuclear-physical methods of analysis, 45 inventions and 12 foreign patents.
