The consulate of Titus, according to Libya , was during the First Latin War [1] . According to him, Aulus Postumius Alb renounced the rank of consul, but was appointed dictator. Dionysius of Halicarnassus claimed that Titus Virginius commanded a detachment in the army of the dictator during the war [2] .
