TransClassService

Closed Joint Stock Company TransClassService was established on September 21, 2006. At the beginning of its activities, the company was engaged in railway tourism. In particular: the organization of charter rail flights, the development of individual routes with the formation of the composition at the request of the customer, the organization of MICE-events, as well as passenger service on the route. Together with the British tour operator GW Travel, the company organized railway cruises on the Golden Eagle tourist retro train on the Transsiberian Express (Moscow-Vladivostok) and The Great Silk Road (Moscow-Beijing) routes. According to the rating of the International Society of Railway Travel Amateurs, the Golden Eagle train is among the 25 best trains in the world ^[1] .

At the moment, TransClassService is organizing tourist and corporate passenger transportation in cooperation with RZD Tour.

2007 - TKS JSC becomes the winner in the open competition of JSC Russian Railways and, starting in 2008, it starts servicing and providing passenger services for passengers traveling in domestic traffic on the way.

2009 - the company begins to build its own cars and develops its own set of standards for serving passengers along the way, as well as standards for the appearance of the conductors and equipment of the cars. On October 2, 2009, the first own car of TransClassService company set off along the route Samara-Moscow as part of the corporate passenger train No. 9/10 “Zhiguli” . In December 2009, the private wagons of CJSC “TKS” were incorporated into the corporate train No. 51/52 “Sura” by the Penza-Moscow-Penza message.

2010 - own wagons of CJSC “TKS” were included in the composition of branded trains: No. 25/26 “Italmas” (Izhevsk-Moscow-Izhevsk), No. 3/4 "Caucasus" (Kislovodsk-Moscow-Kislovodsk), No. 31/32 "Vyatka" (Kirov-Moscow-Kirov), No. 25/26 "Voronezh" (Voronezh-Moscow- Voronezh), No. 1/2 Volgograd (Volgograd-Moscow-Volgograd), No. 9/10 Saratov (Saratov-Moscow-Saratov), No. 53/54 Chuvashia (Cheboksary-Moscow-Cheboksary).

2011 - own cars of TKS CJSC were included in the firm trains: No. 15/16 Ekaterinburg-Moscow (Ekaterinburg-Moscow-Ekaterinburg), No. 21/22 Ulyanovsk (Ulyanovsk-Moscow-Ulyanovsk), 57/58 Mariy-El (Yoshkar-Ola-Moscow-Yoshkar-Ola), No. 9/10 Pskov (Pskov-Moscow-Pskov).

2013 - own cars of TKS CJSC were included in the Vorkuta corporate train No. 41/42 ^[2] .

2014 - own wagons of CJSC TKS were included in the firm trains: No. 1/2 “Tatarstan” (Kazan-Moscow-Kazan), No. 71/72 “Belogorie” (Belgorod-Moscow-Belgorod), No. 17/18 ( Saratov-Moscow-Saratov), No. 41/42 Mordovia (Saransk-Moscow-Saransk).

2017 - own cars of AO TKS were included in the original train No. 30 Premium (Novorossiysk-Moscow-Novorossiysk)

2018 - own cars of TKS JSC were included into the Volga train No. 59 (St. Petersburg-Nizhny Novgorod-St. Petersburg)

In December 2018, TKS JSC wagons left the trains 015/016, 025/026 Italmas, 059E / 060U Tyumen.

The central office of the company is located in Moscow. On the territory of the Russian Federation, there is a network of regional separate subdivisions in the cities: Belgorod, Volgograd, Kazan, Kirov, Novorossiysk, Penza, Saratov.

Form of ownership - a private company , joint-stock company . The general director of TKS JSC is Oleg Kaverin (June 2008). Born in 1972. He graduated from the Aircraft Building Faculty of the Kharkiv Aviation Institute. M. Ye. Zhukovsky with a degree in engineering technology (1996) and a finance and credit department of the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in financial management (2005). Candidate of Economic Sciences.

The main activities of Transklassservice are:

• the carriage of passengers and baggage by rail in long-distance communication with its own rolling stock (CB class wagons, compartments, reserved seat);
• passenger service and the provision of additional services in their own long-distance passenger cars;
• passenger service and the provision of additional services in the wagons of the tourist train "Golden Eagle";
• maintenance and repair of its own rolling stock on railway transport.

Rolling Stock

Own fleet of TransClassService has more than 150 wagons produced by the Tver Carriage Works and the Zirkon-Service Scientific Production Enterprise. All cars of TKS JSC were designed according to individual projects developed in the design studio.

Service Quality Control

In November 2009, TransClassService passed the certification of the quality management system for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2008 . The certificate of conformity is confirmed annually.

On the basis of the industry standard OST 32-24-93, the company has created an internal instruction regulating the work of the conductors in terms of appearance, passenger service and the preparation of cars for the flight ^[3] . The quality control of the work of the conductors at TKS JSC is carried out by its own Control Department. In 2012, TransClassService became a laureate of the Prize of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of quality ^[4] .

At the end of December 2018, the TKS team was awarded an honorary diploma of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation for achieving high production results in improving the efficiency and quality of transport services. The diploma was awarded by the Minister of Transport E.A. Dietrich.

Conductor Training

Since 2009, all the conductors of TKS JSC have undergone basic training (once) and advanced training courses (once every three years) at the Express Training Center under the programs approved by the Federal Passenger Company.

In July 2010, in order to implement training and advanced training of line and management personnel, the company established its own training center, TKS JSC ^[5] . Professional development of line personnel is carried out in accordance with the following programs:

• Passenger service culture;
• Basics of conflictology;
• The design of cars and labor protection during their operation.

Also, the training center of TKS JSC implements advanced training programs for line personnel in a distance learning format. In January 2019, the railway passenger carrier JSC TKS opened a set of free courses for teaching the profession “Passenger Car Conductor” for beginners.

The TCS curriculum includes:

• Methods of passenger service on the road
• Secrets of Hospitality and Psychology
• Safety programs and rules for the preparation of branded cars in flight

JSC "TKS" provides employment, with successful completion of the course for all students. TKS seeks to objectively evaluate the professional contribution of each specialist and provides fair career opportunities for employees of all categories. In April 2019, a video appeared in the network with the participation of a conductor from TKS JSC working on the Vorkuta-Moscow-Vorkuta route. The video recording, in which the conductor carried out clear instructions for serving passengers on the way, collected more than 10 million views. Conductor TKS received the unofficial title of "The Kindest Conductor" and instantly won the love of the audience ^{[6] [7] [8]} .

In April 2010, the TKS-Bonus reward program was launched, which allows passengers to accumulate "points" for trips in TransClassService cars and exchange them for free award tickets ^[9] .

Since 2010, the company has provided free material and informational support for the Cheboksary special (correctional) comprehensive boarding school for blind and visually impaired children ^{[10] [11]} .
