Foreign Secretary

The Minister of Foreign Affairs is an official who heads the foreign affairs agency of the state , in the rank of minister . He is a member of the government (cabinet of ministers, council of ministers, etc.). One of the most important posts in the government . Sometimes the second person in the office .

History

The post of head of the foreign ministry appeared, almost with the advent of the state and diplomacy . The position was called in different ways. One of the common names is the head of the office.
