Klochko, Nikolai Alekseevich

He graduated from the Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A. S. Makarenko in 2000 with a degree in History (qualification as a teacher of history and law) and English (qualification as a teacher of English and foreign literature).

He studied at graduate school at the Department of Philosophy of SSPU (2000-2003).

At the same time, he studied at the Vadim Getman Kiev National Economic University , after which, in 2002, he received a master's degree in legal regulation of the economy.

Member of the Open World Program in March 2011. In 2014, he was invited by the Aspen Institute in Kiev to participate in the 10th seminar “Responsible Leadership” . Member of the Aspen-Ukraine Alumni Association.

February 25, 2016, having defended a dissertation at the National Pedagogical University named after M.P. Drahomanov on the subject “Comprehension of the Divine in Human Being: Philosophical and Anthropological Analysis” , he received a diploma on conferring the scientific degree of a candidate of philosophical sciences (specialty - 09.00.04, philosophical anthropology , philosophy of culture).

Co-author of the textbook "Management of socio-cultural activities as a direction of scientific and technological knowledge . " He is the author and co-author of seven scientific articles on philosophy and world history, as well as a participant in nine specialized scientific conferences on philosophy and history.

In 2002, he started his own business as a private entrepreneur, engaged in legal practice. He provided legal services until February 2014, stopping entrepreneurial activity in connection with the election to the post of chairman of the Sumy Regional Council .

From November 2003 to August 2004 he worked as a teacher in the Department of World History of the Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko.

In 2005, he was recognized as the best entrepreneur of the year in the city of Sumy in one of the nominations. In 2007, recognized as the best entrepreneur of the year in the Sumy region ^[1] .

In June 2006 he was appointed General Director of FOOD SERVICE FORMAT Limited Liability Company, the city of Sumy.

From March to December 2009 he worked as a lawyer in the same society.

In 2009, he received a certificate of the right to practice law in Ukraine.

In 2017, he was invited by the Sumy National Agrarian University to teach a course on decentralization of power.

He began socio-political activities when he participated in the events of the Orange Revolution . Member of the civil campaign “Pora!” In 2004, and from March 2005 to March 2007 - head of the Sumy regional organization of the civic party “Pora!” , Member of the central committee of the party. In 2009, he headed the Sumy Oblast Branch of the public organization Front of Changes , and after the creation of the political party, he headed the Sumy Territorial Organization of the political party Front of Changes . According to the results of the 2010 local elections, he became a deputy of the Sumy Regional Council, heading a faction of the Front of Change political party. After the decision was taken to unite the political party Front of Changes and the Batkivshchyna VO, he became a member of the Batkivshchyna Voting. Since September 1, 2014 - a member of the political party "Block of Petro Poroshenko" Solidarity " . He participated in the extraordinary elections of deputies of the Supreme Council of Ukraine on October 26, 2014 according to the list of a political party. The head of the Sumy regional territorial organization of the party since September 11, 2018.

Since February 25, 2014 he headed the Sumy Regional Council of the VI convocation ^[2] .

By presidential decree No. 967/2014 dated 12/26/2014 he was appointed chairman of the Sumy Regional State Administration ^{[2] [3]} . On January 17, 2015, he assumed the duties of the chairman of the Regional State Administration.

By decree of the President of Ukraine No. 373/2019 dated 06/11/2019, he was removed from his post as chairman of the Sumy Regional State Administration.

He speaks Ukrainian, Russian, English and Spanish.

He was awarded the medal "For Sacrifice and Love for Ukraine" of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Kiev Patriarchate , the medal "For Conscientious Service" of the Operational Command "North" , the medal "For Special Service" of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine , the medal "For Assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine" of the Ministry of Defense Ukraine , thanks to the State Border Service of Ukraine "For a significant contribution to the establishment and strengthening of state security of Ukraine."

According to the income statement, in 2016 Nikolai Klochko earned 180 thousand 865 UAH (180 thousand 794 UAH - salary, 69 UAH - gift in non-monetary form) ^[4] .
