From 1974, on the site of the village of Belenky, which existed from 1937 to 1941, there was a village. He named the village in memory of the geologist A. Belenky, who explored the north of the Amur region [2] .

Geography
The village of Belenky is located 45 km south of the regional center of Tynda .
The Baikal-Amur Highway (“Small BAM”, the Bam – Tynda line ) and the Lena highway ( Never – Tynda section) pass through the village.
The village of Belenky is on the left bank of the Tynda River.
To the south of the village. Belenky is the road to the village. Anosovsky .
