History
The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Chelyabinsk Region dated November 12, 2004 No. 288-ЗО “On the Status and Borders of the Kunashak Municipal District and Rural Settlements in Its Composition” [2]
Election Scandal
In accordance with the decision of the Constitutional Court of December 1, 2015, the Council of Deputies of the Ust-Bagaryak rural settlement decided to return the direct elections of the head of the settlement, however, the regional newspaper “Banner of Labor”, the founder of which is the district administration, refused to officially publish the decisions of the Council of Deputies by decision of the head of the district [ 3] .
