Commons of the Alps Department of Haute Provence

Alps of Haute Provence ( French Alpes-de-Haute-Provence ) - Department of France , one of the departments of the Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur region . The administrative center is Digne-les-Bains . According to the 2012 census, the department had a population of 161,241. As of 2015, the territory of the Alps of Upper Provence was divided into 4 districts ( Digne-les-Bains , Barcelonet , Castellan and Forkalkye ), 15 cantons and 200 communes ^[1] . According to the 2012 census, the department has only 2 cities with a population of over 10,000 people - Manosque and Digne-les-Bains . Moutiers-Saint-Marie in 1982 was marked by the sign of the most beautiful village in France . The list shows the communes of the department in alphabetical order.
