According to the 2000 census, the population of the statistically isolated area was 4,993 people ^[1] . Racial composition: white - 87.88%; African Americans - 0.54%; Native Americans - 4.67%; Asians - 0.60% and Pacific Islander - 0.02%; representatives of other races - 1.38% and representatives of two or more races - 4.91%. 3.44% of the population are Hispanic of all races.

Of 1609 households, 49.9% raised children under the age of 18 years, 65.9% were couples living together; 8.6% are women living without husbands and 21.3% did not have a family. 14.9% of the total number of families at the time of the census lived independently, while 1.9% were single elderly people aged 65 years and older. On average, 3.10 people conduct households, and the average family size is 3.46 people.

The proportion of people under the age of 18 is 35.8%; persons over 65 years old - 3.1%. The average age of the population is 32 years. For every 100 females there are 107.5 males; for every 100 females age 18 and over - 105.2 males.
