Kareevo is a village in the Gas pipeline rural settlement of the Lukhovitsky district of the Moscow region . Previously, it belonged to the Nizhny Maslovsky rural district (the center is the village of Nizhny Maslovo ).

The village is located on the left bank of the Aleshni River (downstream of the Roika), which flows into the Mechu River, opposite the village of Barsuki .
