Coprofemia ( lat. Coprophemia ; Greek κόπρος - feces, dirt + Greek. Φημί - speak) - paraphilia , in which sexual satisfaction is achieved by pronouncing swearing and obscene words in the presence of people of the opposite sex [1] .
Different sources classify this paraphilia differently:
- The Big Medical Encyclopedia defines coprofemia as a combination of symbolic exhibitionism and voyeurism [2] .
- Candidate of Medical Sciences V.A. Zhmurov calls coprofemia a variant of sexual sadism . He also indicates that the first description of coprofemia was made by F. M. Dostoevsky [3] .
