Title

The station is named after Shipilovskaya street , which, in turn, was named after the village of Shipilovo in 1966 , located about two kilometers from this place. This village is mentioned in sources from the XVI century . Its name is associated with the non-calendar personal name Shipil (Shipilo) . The design name of this station is Borisovo .

History

In 1993-1996, a pit of about 100 m long was dug on the eastern side of Musa Jalil Street, opposite house 23/56. Until 1998, preparatory work was carried out on the fenced site, and support was set up. The station was planned to open by 2000, but due to lack of funding, construction was completely stopped in September 1998 . In 1999–2000, equipment was removed from the site, and in 2004, a tunnel shield was raised and repaired from the bottom of the pit, given for the construction of the Tashkent Metro . This shield at that time completed tunneling from Zyablikovo , the second tunnel was partially covered, approximately 40 meters. The tunnel shield, which was there, over the years of conservation of construction rusted, but in 2008-2009. was brought into working condition and completed the sinking of its section of tunnels.

During the conservation of construction due to the lack of the right supports (they were practically not laid at all), the foundation pit was flooded with water. By 2005, quicksand had formed in it and it was already partially overgrown, so there was no point in resuming work on its conservation. The pit was buried in the fall of 2008. At the same time, work began on the disclosure of a new pit almost in the same place. During 2009-2010, construction gained momentum and was in full swing. On July 3, 2010, in connection with the construction of the northern lobby of the station, Shipilovskaya Street was blocked. At the end of August 2011, the street was paved, in November 2011 traffic was restored on it [6] .

The station was opened in the morning of December 2, 2011 [7] [8] as part of the Maryino – Zyablikovo section, after putting into operation 185 stations in the Moscow Metro. By the opening of the station, the builders did not have time to turn in the south lobby. The south lobby was closed to passengers until December 15, 2011. The delay in opening the lobby was due to the need to break in escalators.

Architecture and Design

The station is single vaulted with an island type platform. The project was developed in 2008 by the architects of the Metrogiprotrans Design Institute under the leadership of N. I. Shumakov in a unified architectural and constructive concept with the neighboring Zyablikovo and Borisovo stations. The main feature of the Shipilovskaya architectural and artistic solution was the division of the vaulted cover with triangular caissons . The vault design includes service galleries connecting the station's underground vestibules [2] .

Exits and Lobbies

The station is located in the center of the Zyablikovo district at the intersection of Shipilovskaya street and Musa Jalil street . Two underground vestibules combined with underground underpasses. From the southern lobby there are 2 exits on both sides of Musa Jalil Street. From the northern lobby - 3 exits through the underpasses on both sides of Shipilovskaya street. The southern lobby is equipped with elevators to exit the low-mobility groups. The opening of the southern lobby took place on December 15, 2011.

Construction

A single-vault station hall with a direct island platform is built of monolithic reinforced concrete. The general contractor for the construction is Transinzhstroy OJSC; monolithic work was carried out by SMU-3 Mosmetrostroy . The track walls and station trays were concreted in a large-panel formwork made of MEGAFORM AL aluminum beams.

Of particular difficulty was the concreting of the vault with deep triangular light niches-caissons. Specially for this project, the Russian company STALFORM Engineering developed and manufactured a mobile mechanized formwork complex. It consisted of a supporting structure, equipped with mechanisms for lifting and moving, formwork arch and formwork box. A caisson former made of laminated plywood was fixed on top of the arch formwork. The whole structure worked in a single cycle: the arch with the caisson was redundant (freed from the formwork) at the same time, then the complex moved to the next section (grab).

Due to the large area of the light niches, the reinforcement of the vault was reinforced. In total, over 5 thousand cubic meters of concrete and about 750 tons of reinforcement were laid in the construction of the arch on Shipilovskaya.
