Rabash recorded what he heard from his father Baal Sulam during the lessons on Kabbalah, festive meals, etc. After the death of Rabas, these notes were handed over to his student, the successor and follower of his methodology - M. Laitman . In 1994 , these records were compiled in the book "Shamati" and published in Hebrew.

The value of the book
For the first time in history, this book describes the stages and paths of the inner (individual) work of a person on the path of his spiritual development. There are descriptions and explanations of various spiritual states of a person, recommendations and tips for accelerating spiritual development. The previous major books on the Kabbalah ( Zohar , Ets Haim , Talmud esir Sefirot ) revealed the structure of reality and finally the book Shamati completes this process, revealing to everyone who wants ways and ways of internal comprehension of the existing reality.
Book Use
The book is used as a teaching tool in the study of Kabbalah, various groups of the population (secular and religious). The main textbooks are the Zohar and the Talmud SR of the Sefirot . This book, along with the works of Baal Sulam, are the most necessary material on the science of Kabbalah , the study of which reveals to the person a true picture of the surrounding reality and brings it to a qualitatively different, higher level of conscious, rational existence in harmony with nature with the full realization of man’s highest destiny.
