Tulva Upland ( Chernushinsko-Yugovsky Uval ) - the elevation of the Ural Mountains in the eastern part of the East European (Russian) plain in the Perm Territory , Russia . Located between the rivers Kama , Sylva , Iren and Vishera .

In the south of the hill is the source of Tulva - one of the largest rivers of the Perm Territory . In the eastern part are the highest peaks of the hill - the White Mountain (450 m) and the Aspen Head (430 m). In the southeastern part there are karst landforms.
The Tulva Upland is distinguished from other similar orographic formations in the region by a high degree of ruggedness of the relief.
