European Union
Common External Tariff - Common Customs Tariff - valid in the European Union . The rate is the same for all countries, but differs for different groups of goods, additional conditions may also apply regarding the country of origin of the goods [2] [3] .
Customs Union
The EAEU Customs Union has a Unified Customs Tariff for the Customs Union . The tariff applies to 21 groups of goods in accordance with the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Customs Union [4] . Free trade zone agreements are concluded with the CIS countries and Serbia [5] .
Mercosur
A single external tariff is valid in the countries of Mercosur - the common market of the countries of South America . Free trade zone agreements are concluded with the Andean community [6] , Israel [7] [8] , Egypt [9] and the State of Palestine [10] .
