Fence cetraria ( Latin: Cetraria sepincola ) is a species of lichenized ascomycetes included in the genus Cetraria ( Cetraria ) of the Parmelia family ( Parmeliaceae ). Also known as Tuckermannopsis sepincola .

Description
Thallus lobiform-rosette, blades 2-5 mm long, attached to the substrate in the middle part of the thallus and retreating along the edges to a height of 10 mm; the upper surface is smooth, devoid of soredia and isidia from olive brown to dark brown; the lower surface of the lobes is yellowish-brown, with simple or branched rhizins. Apothecia developed, numerous, 1-6 mm in diameter, with a convex, dark brown shiny disk. Pycnidia are found on the edges of the lobes.
Askeys are wide-clavate, with 8 spores. Spores 5-10 Γ 3-6.5 microns, elliptical or ovoid.
Contains protolychesteric acid .

A widespread lichen known from Eurasia, Africa, the Americas, Australia and New Zealand. It is found on branches of deciduous and coniferous trees, most often on a birch, on bushes, occasionally on trunks and processed wood.
