Ivan Dmitrievich Khudyakov ( August 14, 1938 , the village of Anchugovo , now Kurgan Region - April 30, 2016 , Tula ) - Soviet party and statesman, Russian politician. Public figure. Member of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the third convocation . Member of the Communist Party faction. Member of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes [1] .

Biography

Born in the village of Anchugovo, the Anchugovsky village council of the Uksyansky district of the Chelyabinsk region , now the village is part of the Verkhnetechensky village council of the Kataysky district of the Kurgan region . Father died during the Great Patriotic War, the elder brother, a front-line soldier, after graduating from the Saratov Military School, was assigned to the Tula Airborne Division by distribution [2] .

In 1957 he graduated from the Tula Suvorov Military School [3] . After graduation, he worked as a turner at the Tula arms factory for three months, then was called up for military service in a separate communications battalion, located in Baranavichy. He was elected secretary of the Komsomol committee of the unit, and was accepted as a candidate member of the CPSU .

In 1964 he graduated from the Tula Mechanical College, worked as a turner, adjuster, design engineer at the Tula Arms Plant .

In 1964-1969 - Secretary of the Komsomol committee of the plant.

In 1969-1972 - First Secretary of the Central District Committee of the Komsomol of Tula.

In 1971 he graduated from the Tula Polytechnic Institute .

In 1972-1977 - Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Central District Council.

In 1976 he graduated from the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU [1] .

In 1977-1983 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Railway Station District Council of Tula.

In 1983-1991, he was the first secretary of the CPSU Railway Station District Committee .

In 1991-1993, he was deputy director of the Tula shoe factory.

In 1993 - Chairman of the Tula City Council of People's Deputies . According to the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of October 26, 1993 “On the reform of local self-government in the Russian Federation”, the activities of district and city Councils were terminated.

In 1995, he worked under a contract with the Tula Regional Non-State Pension Fund.

In 1995-1996 - Head of the Legal Department of JSC "Comtex".

In 1996-2002, he was the first secretary of the Tula Regional Committee of the Communist Party , was elected a member of the Central Control and Revision Commission of the Communist Party (1997), and the chairman of the Tula Regional Branch of the NPSR .

In 1996-1999, he was a deputy, deputy chairman of the Committee on Legislation and Legal Support of the Activities of State Authorities and Local Self-Government of the Tula Regional Duma.

In 1999, he was elected to the State Duma [4] in the Shchekino single-mandate constituency No. 177 of the Tula region, and was nominated by the Communist Party electoral association.

Ivan Dmitrievich Khudyakov died on April 30, 2016 .

Awards and titles

  • Honorary Citizen of the Tula Region - On July 16, 2007, a resolution of the Governor of the Tula Region on awarding was signed. For outstanding services to the Russian Federation and the Tula region, high personal authority, many years of conscientious work, a great personal contribution to the socio-economic development of the Tula region [4] .
