The rural settlement "Ugorskoe" was established in accordance with the Law of the Kaluga region dated December 23, 2014 No. 657-OZ [2] as a result of the division of the municipal formation "Ugorskaya volost" into rural settlements "Nikolskoe Village" and "Ugorskoe".
